How to register?
To guarantee smooth administration, the whole participant registration and submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:
- Create new account (top menu “Register”)
- Check your email and activate your account
- Wait until the admin to approve Your registration, after that an e-mail would be sent to your e-mail address contain Your Login Code to your account.
- Login to your account (top menu “Login”)
- Submit your abstracts (as many titles as you want)
- Wait until the committee announce the abstract review result
- After announcement of abstract acceptance, make the payment and upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
- After your payment is confirmed, upload your full paper
- Wait until the committee announce the paper review result
- Revise your paper according to the review, and upload it through our online system (NOT email)
- Wait for the final announcement of paper acceptance for publication
Conference date: October 26th – 27th 2018
- Early Bird Registration due August 14th 2018
- Regular Registration due September 30th 2018
- Onsite Registration October October 27th 2018
- Abstract submission due July 28th 2018
- Full paper submission due August 31st 2018
Accepted abstract July 31st 2018
Accepted full paper would be announced by e-mail

The Registration fee includes:
Access to the scientific sessions and to the poster sessions, conference kit, lunch, coffee breaks and electronic proceeding. The Registration fee does not include insurance, hotel accommodation, transportation or tourist tours.
